Spider Security Services provides Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS), VPN-as-a-Service (VPNaaS), and hosted security services to small and medium-sized businesses, families, and mobile users. Our service utilizes enterprise class hardware to scan Internet traffic for viruses, spyware, vulnerabilities, known malicious and adult websites, and commonly malicious file types without the personnel costs commonly associated with such specialized technologies.
We provide three defined plans for small businesses, families, and mobile users that share a standardized configuration. Custom business plans are available to provide additional redundancy and specialized configuration of each security feature.

Why a deposit?
In order to keep prices as low as possible while providing an enterprise level protect, Spider Security Services has decided to require a refundable deposit for all monthly plans. This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the hardware or can be applied as a credit towards future service after 12 consecutive months of service in good standing.
